Appointment Deposit
When you make an appointment, a $50 deposit will be processed in order to confirm it. This is to secure the appointment because due to the high demand, there will be other people that would also like to come in at the same time. The deposit will go towards the value of your treatment (unless you cancel last minute or are super late!). After the treatment you can fix up the remaining amount on the day.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen that’s out of your control. If you’re not able to make an appointment and let us know at least 48 hours before it, we can use your deposit for your next appointment. You can let us know by calling or sending an SMS to 0459 546 556. However if you don’t let us know at all or let us know last minute (less than 48 hours until your appointment) then the deposit isn’t refundable or the full amount of the service will be charged. This is because it’s unfair to those on the waiting list that would have been able to come instead.

Punctuality
If you’re running a bit late please let us know. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment might have to be cancelled because there won’t be enough time to finish it before the next client’s appointment starts. If this happens the appointment deposit isn’t refundable. So Please be on time ladies!
